"Great website - I'm interested in a scooter - a 125 - 150cc model - automatic transmission of course. I saw your Yamahas and was interested but as a beginner, I didn't understand your terminology - so you might want to add that type of page to your website - terms with their definitions. Also, maybe I missed it, but you should have links with your Yamaha models - as well as others - as to what accessories are available. That would have helped me a lot better.
Last, I drive a Toyota RAV 4 - and was wondering if they have anything that I could mount on my car so I could travel with a scooter - preferably one that could be installed by the place I purchase the scooter from - which may be you since I am planning to visit you in the next day or two to check out your items. I live just south of Manchester Maryland, and I prefer getting a maker that I know rather than some Chinese manufacturer that has only been in the business for a few years (and copying their parts from Japanese models).
So if you can send or get information ready for me, I'd appreciate it. I'm ready to buy - I have insurance quotes. I understand that I have to purchase the bike, then call my insurance company to get the binder number, then get the tags and plate before it can be released to me. I plan on taking a motorcycle safety class here in Maryland and also have a teacher give me lessons so I can have the required hours to qualify for my road test to get my motorcycle endorsement.
I do appreciate you help - and your website - it's better than most.

"I bought an M109 in the summer of 2007. My 9 is the sweetest bike I've ever owned. This was the best over all experience I ever had buying a bike and parts. The customer service was hands down the greatest ever. Everyone there had a great deal of respect not only for myself, but also for eveyone else that entered the store. The moral seems very high and there staff should keep up the good work. I will return there to purchase more parts and hopefully another bike or two. My lid goes off to the Service Department's Management and there Tech's, there a top notch group. Also when ordering parts I never thought I'd get a phone call telling me that my parts were three days later. I expected it to take around seven to ten buisness days for them to come in. "Our salesman, Joey Lawrence, could not have been easier to work with. I think we got a fair deal. I wish you carried more accessories for the Goldwing, but I understand you can't carry everything.
Based on our experience with Joey, I would not hesitate to recommend Hanover Power Sports to others. In fact, I have mentioned the dealership on several of the Goldwing boards.
One more thing...it would be great if you sponsored a local HRCA chapter or the Black Rose Wings chapter. Having more events and rides would certainly draw more folks to the dealership. A good example is Battlefield Harley-Davidson. They seem to always have something going on and the parking lot is often packed."

"In 2002 I solicited prices via email for a Yamaha V-Max from eight different dealers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Of those eight, only three replied with price quotes, the rest didn't even reply to my email messages. Two of those replies were at MSRP and only Ray Wilt offered any discount at all. I had been patronizing the local Yamaha dealer to get parts for an old beater bike for a couple years before deciding to purchase a new one. Naturally I went to the local dealer first and they said the price is MSRP, no discounts. After spending a good bit of cash there over the years I was insulted when they treated me like a stranger. I thought we built a relationship that would be beneficial to both of us when it came time to replace my existing bike. As a result, I decided to buy from Ray Wilt, and that turned out to be a very smart move. Not only did I get an great discounted price for my V-Max, the discounts offered on service and parts after the purchase just added to the value. With just a few emails and phone calls everythign was arranged so I could just walk in, sign the papers, hand over a check, and ride away on my new V-Max. No haggling over the price, pushy sales people, or headaches trying to find the best deal. The entire process was short and sweet. But not only did I get a great deal on the purchase, the service has been impressive also. Even though I live more than an hour away and there are other Yamaha dealers closer, it's worth every mile going to Ray Wilt. The staff is always friendly and I trust the service department, obviously these guys and gals are very good at what they do. I always recommend Ray Wilt to anyone considering a motorcycle purchase, new or used, and not only for great deals but also great service. Because of my experiences with other dealers, Ray Wilt has another customer for life!"
